My Menemen

So my urge to eat Menemen pushed me to do this.

I managed to whip this last May 4.

This is how my Menemen ended up.

DISASTER

It is too salty I have to kill it with ketchup. Offfffff.

This was made by my Turkish host father and is how it is supposed to look like.
